I have shared 2 separate stores offering a bicycle at a significantly lower price and Worldwide Cyclery refused to offer a price match. Have contacted the company over 10-times in an effort to buy a Salsa Blackthorn bike. Now, they are ghosting me for days and not responding even after providing an additional online site selling for less.

Hello, I placed my order on September 9th, 2025 (Order #708197). Today is September 25th, and the goods still have not arrived. According to USPS, the item was never sent. I have written multiple emails, sent several messages through Messenger and Instagram, and called +1 805-375-4525 several times—unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever. At this moment, I am starting to feel that I have lost my money.🥲🥲🥲

They sell items that they don't actually have and are not clear about it. Slow shipping times.

Ordered on 27 November a Dropper post and I'm still waiting for it to arrive (30 dec). Getting very delayed and short answers via E-Mail. Told me he get in touch (James) with me if he has an ETA he can provide. No answer over 1 week. Will for sure be the last time I ordered anything here :D

purchased a top end bike from them on pinkbike and was expecting it to be in excellent condition given that it is coming from a bike shop but to my surprise it was the opposite. I had to spend time and money to get it even running as the tires would not hold air and found out the use duct tape at the shop as rim strips! zero customer service and gave me a hard time denying that it was not taken care of. look elsewhere for your biking needs as this was a nightmare.

Terrible experience. No customer service whatsoever. Ordered a Fox suspension fork last week like 6/22 and it arrived on 6/26. The box looked like it had been shipped and returned several times. Was taped together like a Picasso. Opened the box and found a big cosmetic blemish on it. Not good at all. Surprised someone didn't notice the damage before sending it out. Probably did and just wanted to make money on the last fork they had and thought they'd send it to some gullible idiot. Have been trying to get in touch with WWC ever since. They don't answer emails, FB messages, phone calls, or chat messages. Had to file a PayPal dispute and will be filing a BBB complaint when the website is fixed. Bottom line, don't work with a company that cares more about YouTube videos than customer satisfaction.

Ordered a part for my bike on 12/6/2020 they had part in stock and charged my account on 12/7/2020. On 12/9 they sent me a funny email about sending my item for shipping and suggesting I should sit back and ha e a drink and be patient bc of the usps tracking system is flawed. So I still get that it will be delivered on 12/14/2020 when I check tracking it is now 12/20 and still no part. I don't understand why anyone would knowingly send parts through usps when they know they are unreliable, I guess bc they ( worldwide cyclery) has already got there money within 8 hours of my choosing item. It is only a 7 hour drive from where I live to there shop, but it has been 14 days since I paid for item and still don't have the item. Guess blame falls on me for not checking who they were shipping with. Yes ot was out of there hands in 48 hrs, but instead of making a joke about the shipping system why not use a more reliable shipping source. First and last time customer here!!
