Do the words “Customer Service” ever send chills down your spine? Especially if you have an out of the ordinary problem that seems so overwhelming nobody is going to believe you and even if they do they WON’T be able to help you??? I had such a fate! I reluctantly sent off an email to the customer service department not expecting anything in return. Much to my surprise within 12 hours I believe, I received an answer: “I can help!” Wait! What? They can help? You’re kidding me right? Well after my answering a few personal questions via email over the next two days everything was perfect! Yes I said PERFECT!!! Exactly as though I had never messed anything up!!! So do you think I might like this customer service department and the representative I dealt with? OMGoodness YES!!!!!! Couldn’t possibly say enough good things about them and the person I dealt with. You could compare this customer service to the same as one for a product you paid $100,000.00 for, yes really!!!!!! 5 STARS... FANTASTIC!!!!!! I’m purposely omitting my customer service representatives name for privacy reasons. I’m sure the company can insert it here should they so desire. Kent G.

Great product. I would have spent countless hours trying to find good suppliers for my website on my own. First I bought two other directories of suppliers and they were garbage. The Worldwide Brands directory has real wholesale suppliers where I am able to actually make money when reselling the products from these suppliers. The directory is simple to use and I really like the research tool. Their customer service is great too.

The wholesale products in this directory are unlike others I have seen. There are a lot more suppliers and wholesale products to choose from. The directory is user friendly and they make it easy for you to contact the suppliers with their easy on line forms. The pricing I received from the suppliers allow me to make a profit. It’s nice to finally find a real wholesale directory.
