I created my account around 2005 in California at the time. I have since moved to another state and it is 2019 now. I could not remember my login credentials since i had not logged in since 2010. I called customer service left voice mail and they called back in less than 1 hour so they could email my my login. i don't do ratings! but thought this deserved 5 stars. Sincerely Steve

Spoke with suport and they were very professional in awsnering all my questions.

I contacted Worldwide Brands because we are trying to find more suppliers who will deal with amazon and one of the things I saw was that they had that listed. After talking to Elisha who was very friendly, knoweledgable and professional. I was almost sold. There were a few questions she said she would have to find answers to and she would follow up with an email. It took all of about five minutes for me to receive the email answering all of my questions. The customer service I received and being able to search directly for companies who will work with amazon is work the money!!!! Thank you Elisha for all the help!!!
