Excellent program but understaffed.
WorldsAcross is definitely a premier program for students learning Español. The teachers are top-notch and the bonuses of group speaking classes are awesome. Their team is very responsive and they strive for excellence. That being said, it’s hard to find available classes a lot of the time and it is very expensive for the average student. I just switched to a group classes only plan which is very affordable at $399 per year for unlimited classes. I would join the full membership again if it was easier to find a tutor.

Please improve the response time
Please improve the response time. I purchased the gift for my tutor around the Christmas Holidays and heard nothing. I asked Luis if he had heard anything. Nothing. So then on 1/3/2026 i emailed asking for an update. They promptly responded and addressed the issue completely. All is good, and I am pleased to work with Juan at WA Poor execution of a simple request.

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in communication regarding your gift request. We understand how frustrating this experience must have been, especially given how simple and time-sensitive the request was. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared internally so we can improve our response times and execution moving forward. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you for your patience.

Worlds Across provides 1-1 and group classes. They have excellent teachers (and students). They do not let you schedule more than 5 days . This is a serious flaw. It is still the most cost-effective program out there because of the number of 1-1 and group classes you can take.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re really glad to hear that you’ve enjoyed our 1-on-1 and group classes, and we truly appreciate your kind words about our teachers (and students!). You’re absolutely right, in the past, scheduling was limited to 5 days in advance. However, since August, students can now book classes up to 7 days ahead, giving you even more flexibility to plan your learning week. Thanks again for sharing your experience and for being part of the WorldsAcross community!

WorldsAcross Cares About Your Progress!
Very good program! The tutors that I have had are not only native Spanish speakers but also talented teachers. One of the things that I like the best is the personalized plan that is created to guide you towards your goal. Your assigned coach is a liaison between you and your tutors, overseeing your progress, and ensuring your success. The only improvement that I can suggest is when booking a class on line to be able to filter available tutors by the specific day and time that you want to have a class. Overall WorldsAcross is a very good value for the money!
