Jess has been one of the most helpful, genuine and sweet customer service agents I have ever met! At first I was disappointed when AI was the first to respond to my questions but than when Jess responded, I was so relieved. All my questions and concerns were addressed with a touch of humanity and kindness. How refreshing 😅
