Hello, The customer had threatened our support desk with this review before submission, tried to extort the business. He had received an immedaite reply on a Sunday for all of his inquiries and presented dissatisfaction that we cannot provide a higher discount for his purchase. We have provided him the highest discount possible, and he wanted more. He then threatened us with this review and made-up fraud reports, after making a purchase. He also threatened to ask his colleagues to write more reviews on our business. The customer was refunded and blocked, the review will be reported to TrustPilot and hopefully removed. Additionall, absolutely no-where on the site we manipulate the number of reviews or show any false information. It's truly a pity how some people would just like to hurt a business for the sake of doing damage, and don't mind lying, slendering and defaming in the process. We are not an illegal reseller and there are legal processes starting against the reviewing customer for slander and defamation. We sell all of our items legally and 100% abiding to each and every law, under the open soruce GPL license. This situation saddens us and we will not accept slender and manupulation. We will keep serving our customer-base with the best support & care as well as the highest standrad services.
