Hello, After 5 years in business and 80,000+ customers we thought we've seen it all, but people do not seize to surprise us with their ignorance. So the client above had decided to avoid purchasing a license from a certain firm from their site for $200, but decided to get a premium web development plugin from us for $4. Then, they had messaged us for support asking "Where is my license code???", to which we have replied that they did not buy a license ($4!), a fact we clearly state on our site, they gave gotten a GPL licensed product which is fully working, a license is only needed for updating and is not required at all in this item's case, explaining that they can use the actual item with no issues nor restrictions. The customer did not respond even once, with even one single detail about what ACTUAL issue they are having (simply because they are having 0 problems). So all in all, the client purchased a $4 fully working premium product from a third party GPL website, expected some sort of license (that would have cost them $200 online), gotten immediate support for every message, failed to answer any questions, and went slandering/abusing our business with no reason on TrustPilot. Hi "Junk" (..), firstly the information you provided on our info request was false/wrong hence we currently suspect that you are not a real client but a competitor trying to hurt and slander our business. 1) We have 6,500+ items, access to all of them together forever (for lifetime) costs LESS than access to ONE single such item's license, for ONE single year. YES OF COURSE it takes some time to update items, that's normal, you pay (or paid, if you are an actual customer) a tiny amount for extraordinary benefit and access, we update as fast as we can and do the very best we can but yes you might need a tiny little bit of patience. Running to TrustPilot writing false information & 1 star reviews after getting such incredible benefit, because there's probably a single item it takes us some time to update, is not the sensible, correct, right or respectful way to do things. There's nothing in this review but an attempt to abuse and slander the business. I am saddened to see that people buy such access for tiny prices, get the full benefit of their access, a value they couldn't get anywhere else, get immediate support and assistance, save thousands of dollars and get premium items and features, then with 1 item delay run to spread their venom online to hurt the business reputation. Of course not even mentioning their customer ID / Order ID, providing false data upon inquiry and don't even bother to mention the item they need updated. Simply because there's one single goal for this review - hurt and damage the business. This customer had purchased a $4 product, spammed our support, behaved in an extremely rude way, aggressively and abusively towards the business. We had immediately (right away) refunded the user fully, and they came here to spill their venom and try to hurt our business as much as they can. To fully showcase what this person's way of action is: First, they spammed us on 3 different support channels after buying their $4 product, without asking how to activate it, without asking for support or assistance, but just abusing our business right away: https://ibb.co/y5WDxhx Minutes later, we decided that we won't tolerate our business being slandered and abused as we do have a choice who to do business with and we expect minimal respect from clients (which practically everyone but Mr Erceg show, but he's a very special person), we respectfully replied and refunded the customer: https://ibb.co/ZBxmPwm At that point, the crying baby (After being FULLY refunded within minutes of his spam and abuse) had threatened reviewing the business with a single goal: Hurting us: https://ibb.co/F4WZmC1 We operate for over 5 years and overwhelmingly receive great reviews as you can see. We are doing our very best to help, support and assist clients, and will continue providing the highest standard of service in the industry. Once in a (very) long time a special person comes in, with a communication intelligence of a 5-year old and brain capacity of a spoon, lying about their name, spamming support, getting immediate replies and full payment refunded immediately by our team since we understand what kind of a person we are dealing with, and still running crying to TrustPilot since they simply have nothing else much to do in their life but try to spit venom, lie, abuse the business and get their satisfaction from their 1-star review showing on our profile after getting both the item, a full refund, and prompt communication with support. We unfortunately can't do much about that kind of special people and we wish Mr Ergec (or is it ms Blanka Franks?) lots of luck, success and prosperity. This is a fake duplicate review by the same user that had written the previous review under the name of "Zeshan Ahmed", trying to bypass TrustPilot's safety mechanisms, bulk spam bad reviews and hurt the business. We've contacted TrustPilot for review removal. Proceeding with the reply we gave that user on their initial review with the correct name, so anybody reading this can be fully aware of the situation: The user in question purchased a small theme for 4 dollars on July 18th. He then contacted by email saying "this is pathetic! my site gives me the error allowed memory size of 10219469824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)"" (I know that to all of you reading it's very clear that it's an error on the user's server.. with a low memory limit via a simple PHP setting which they can fix with their hosting by increasing it with a mouse click, but that's not clear to Mr Zeshan). We repeatedly explained the his $4.99 refund was sent a month ago (July 18th 2023) and that it was completely processed on our end, at which point the only place to inquire would be with their bank with the transaction ID and the details we provided. But to Mr Zeshan that was not enough, as he kept on spamming and behaving aggressively, to end up sending us a horrible message full of cursing, profanity and foul language, which you can find below in all its glory: https://ibb.co/vBxjxGr At that point they went ahead and blocked our support, continuing to submit this fake TrustPilot review and another one from the name of "Haider Ali", to try and spam bad reviews to hurt the business. Of course we deal with many kinds of people and do our very best to best serve all of them regardless of character, nationality, religion and even behaviour. But a case like that with people of this sort is quite rare as this person is a very unusual form of aggressive abuser and fraudster, so we therefore felt obliged to tell (and prove) the whole story as we did here above. We will of course keep working with TrustPilot to remove slander and attempts of abuse as well as fake reviews, and will most definitely keep serving our loyal customer-base with the best support and service in the industry.
