I purchased the OpenCart theme called Journal - Advanced OpenCart Theme Journalv3.2.7, which is located on the site. However, it only contained an image file. This file can be downloaded from anywhere on the internet. Isn't the goal here to get the original file cheaper? The misleading title was added. The cost was only $5. But the site owner's honor was lost.

I submitted a query about the plugin because some pages were not working properly and was very disappointed with response received. The tone of the reply from Worldpressit was very hostile and I was told at the price I paid, I should not expect support also. Even when i attempted to explain my request, I was offered a refund instead.

I bought 3 products from this company and lifetime updates for these products. Although I have requested an update for one of the products for 1 year, 2 products on my product page have been updated, but the product I have been asking for an update for 1 year is currently not updated in my account, even though it is up to date on the product page of their website. Although I have written to them many times via e-mail and the messaging section on the website, they have not helped in any way, they are making fun of me and treating the customer like an idiot. There is a record of all correspondence.

So we will screenshot the 2 of our mails inlcuding reminder email and paypal dispute which you received by paypal. You also reply to paypal. So how you can say this case is not true? And at the same time you say we are liar? So who cancled the Dispute which we opened? And we also see your feedback to paypal. We also will ask paypal to send us confirmation that you reply to this case to paypal. Because you say this case is not existing. Finally we will see who is respectless And the liar. UPDATE END Its a absolute risk to purchase here a plugin. We have purchased a plugin and it was billed twice. No problem in all other stores. But on worldpressit.com its a big issue: We asked the seller to refund one of two. No feedback. We reported this issue to paypal, but paypal say: we are sorry and can not help you in this case, because you confirmed the amount before you make the purchase. So you have here zero chance for a refund if you make an mistake. We also purchased another plugin which was not working because the license code was not working. We reported this to support and the support was not able to fix that issue. The plugin is still online and is not removed from worldpressit.com. Its feeling like "scaming" the next client. Maybe they will purchase it and will not report that its not working. We also say like many other here: keep your distance to worldpressit.com.

I asked for a refund about a product that doesn't work at all (WPML plugin). The saler doesn't want to refund me and ask for my wp-admin access. Mostly, the plugin bought seem more like a scam thing than a real professionnal way to buy the plugin. Normally, in commercial way, when you ask for a refund about a product, you don't have the saler trying to force you to give any access to your website, and avoiding the discussion about the refund. Don't buy there.
