Hello Steve, - I’m sad and sorry to see such a terrible review for such an unfair reason. You are complaining about an item update after a 4 dollars product was purchased (or a cheap membership?) which usually costs $100+ (For one single item), and because you have to wait a bit longer to get a new/updated version. - We have 5,500+ products on our site, updated every single day (!): https://worldpressit.com/worldpressit-changelog/, we update the items as fast as we can given the circumstances and the availability of new versions from our sources, partners and developers. - All items (all that is -> all 5,000+ of them) have the current version clearly, prominently and absolutely obviously (never a single misunderstanding about that) present on each and every product page right above the product image. So you and every other client know exactly and precisely which version you are getting. - Item update requests can be easily seen and followed by you on our transparent change-log (https://worldpressit.com/worldpressit-changelog/), so you see how hard we work to actually update the products. - When you pay so so tiny little for your item and get such an enormous benefit, assistance, immediate support replies on 3-4 different channels and such a huge value for money, you can be just a little tiny bit patient before running to TrustPilot posting reviews that hurt us as a business, slander our name and needlessly hurt our reputation which we worked and are working very very hard to acquire and maintain. - Our level of service, support and client-oriented approach can be seen by our hundreds of five-star review by practically all users except yourself. - We are doing every effort possible for our clients and work extremely hard to delivery huge premium value for dirt-cheap prices, we increase the amount of products on our site daily, work hard to acquire new products, maintain existing items, resolve all problems, support our users and do everything in our power to maintain the best and highest standard of service in the industry. Reviews like that, posted for absolutely no good reason (does it truly and honestly hurt you that terribly bad to use the previous version of the item for a while until we manage to get the new one? Is it truly such a terrible thing for you to see previous version on your dashboard?) are just sad for us to see. - If you had simply expressed a dissatisfaction to this extend by emails this way, I would just refunded your order and wished you luck, if that’s what you wanted, or we would have worked extra hard to pay out of our pocket to acquire the particular version for you, but I honestly do not understand why would you go to write this review, given the situation and the benefit you got. - If/when you provide information about your client identity, we will try to work with you via emails to resolve the situation to your satisfaction including getting the version you so desperately need, and keep serving our sensible loyal customer base with the highest quality and standard of service, regardless.
