Hi there! Thank you for the positive rating, however let me answer your concerns and hopefully get that missing star. 1) I'm not sure why it took an hour or two to set up since you didn't mention your email or the plugin you have purchased, plugins are installed simply by uploading them via Plugins -> add new -> upload which should take about 30 seconds, any further setup/configuration steps are simply related to the way the individual plugin itself works and what it delivers based on how it was developed, and has little to do with us and/or our service. We'd be happy to assist, help with steps and clarify anything for you via any of our support channels. 2) There is an API connection between the two elementor versions, which must be maintained for you to be able to use Pro templates, that's why both files must be installed from us. You do NOT, under any circumstance, lose any setting or any "wbesite data" that you already have when you install our free version instead/on top of yours, everything stays perfectly as is (data is not stored as files, it's stored in your database, which is not changed). Again, our support would have helped clarify any concerns, questions or issues very quickly had you contacted. Hi Marco, though we're highly appreciative of your review and thank you for taking the time, I'm a little saddened by the lost star because of 'lack of French'. We are an English website with U.S based personnel and we unfortuntenly can't offer support in every language our clients may speak. We provide support in English and I'd appreciate if a detail like that would not reflect on your rating of our service quality.
