Tarun Sharma did an excellent job of getting my money back after I cancelled the ticket

Horrible experience. I want all the way to airport with 2 young kids to find out that ticket is not there . I called these agents they said tickets are issued but airlines is saying that tickets are booked and cancelled after one day. Looks like agents sold tickets to some else for higher price and cancelled my tickets.Beware of these guys dont waste your time with these fellas. below is the reply from airlines . Dear Ms xxxx, Thank you for contacting us. Your feedback is extremely important to us as it gives us an opportunity to improve our services. I can completely understand why you are disappointed and hope you will accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. I would like to inform you that your ticket was issued and voided on the same day by your travel agency without mentioning any reason in the booking. Therefore, when you arrived for check-in, our staff advised you the same and requested you to contact the travel agency as it was done by them. I note that you did contact our reservations team for requesting special service. Please let us know which reservations you contacted and the exact date and time so that we can further check on this matter. Nonetheless, I note that our check-in staff helped you in rebooking your ticket. I am sorry for any disappointment caused with the way the situation was handled by the staff. With regards to your ticket being voided, may I request you to contact your travel agency. Thank you once again for bringing your concerns to our attention.
