Hi, I called this agency today and asked them to find a flight ticket for me and and my family for total 6 people. When we called them many times they are telling me that they will call me back after 5 minutes please don't treat customer like like this.

I though it’s nice but not. Highly unprofessional and only interested in money. I booked tickets before pandemic and crisis in USA and now when I asked for cancellation of my tickets they are not ready to help but told me to wait until last moment. I will not recommend services from such agencies. It’s worth doing yourself online even if it cost bit more money.

This is a fake review. I found it posted on my account, but I did not write it. I would never give a 5-star review when no one showed up. Posting a review under my name without my permission is completely unacceptable. Shame on you for doing this. the review was “It was a great experience with you. The staff was very friendly, especially Sonia, who was very helpful and supportive.”

Horrible experience. I want all the way to airport with 2 young kids to find out that ticket is not there . I called these agents they said tickets are issued but airlines is saying that tickets are booked and cancelled after one day. Looks like agents sold tickets to some else for higher price and cancelled my tickets.Beware of these guys dont waste your time with these fellas. below is the reply from airlines . Please let us know which reservations you contacted and the exact date and time so that we can further check on this matter. Nonetheless, I note that our check-in staff helped you in rebooking your ticket. I am sorry for any disappointment caused with the way the situation was handled by the staff. With regards to your ticket being voided, may I request you to contact your travel agency. Thank you once again for bringing your concerns to our attention. I very much hope your next experience with us will be more enjoyable.
