I have only ever written 1 review before so it must be bad . Same experience as many . Bought in the first week of UK lockdown ( March) and now July and nothing . A “ Julie” did email me once saying she would check with her technical team but that was the end of communication other than constant stream of offers . Appears to be a scam . Hope others read this to avoid disappointment . Positive reviews can only have been written by them . Re reading them they sound implausibly positive !!

Never received my order and the customer service is so bad. Eventually send this through to PayPal hoping they can refund me.... Update a few weeks later. They send PayPal another tracking code than me which says it's delivered. However I never received anything. This company is a proper scam

Ordered on the 1st of May and still nothing received. I contacted the seller 2 weeks ago asking where my order was and their reply was it's on it's way.. when i enter the tracker number given nothing is appearing. Paypal contacted for refund

It’s a scam, my shipment was cancelled after a month of waiting and no reply to my emails. They didn’t honor my request for a refund saying the logistics team would resend the item then I got sent the same tracking number with the cancelled shipment, had to take it up with PayPal and in 10 days I got a full refund thanks to PayPal’s buyer protection policy.

For some reason the shipment was cancelled after the order was sent from worldpaintbynumbers - if they even sent it at all. I tried to email them, but only received one mail that said they would "inform the logistic team", and I haven't heard from them since. I placed my order in march, it was cancelled in mid april. They should've fixed this by now.

Do not buy from here, I placed my order not knowing they have an ancient customer service set up JUST email and no chat or phone service. I placed my order 7 days back with no update yet. I wanted to start painting during quarantine and doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Is there anyway to report them? I’m going to wait for a week more and if I get no updates, it needs to be shut down for scamming people. FYI: just looked up a complaint can be filed on Federal Trade Commission, for all others who have been cheated. I’m going to wait for a few more days before taking this up but if you’ve been waiting for longer, don’t let this go on further
