Very bad customer service after sale. Never replied to any emails regarding a warranty issue. Also they are most likely never authorized dealers so warranties are void with most watchmakers.

I have had two highly successful transactions with Leonid Aronov at World of Luxury US. Our first encounter was when he found me a handsome Breguet Moon Phase watch –– I believe in some remote corner of Switzerland. When, sadly, the recipient of that watch was no longer able to wear it, I went back onto the World of Luxury website to inquire about consignment. To my great surprise I saw that Lenny not only carries luxury timepieces, but jewelry, pens, accessories ... and Art. I ended up trading the Breguet watch for a beautiful Chagall lithograph: masterful, lyrical, a small signed edition, delivered by courier the next day. If you open the door to The World of Luxury you will find a house of treasures, with an exceptionally gracious and accommodating host!
