Too a long time to get my package because of changing delivery companies from country of origin to local delivery company. The local delivery company would no deliver to the Post Office. I had to figure out how to do a change of address for the local company. I love the jewelry that I received.
Response from WorldnorseOct 26, 2025
Dear Jen, We’re thrilled to hear you love the jewelry you received—your satisfaction with the product means a lot to us! We sincerely apologize for the delivery delays caused by the switch between the origin and local delivery companies, as well as the extra effort you had to put in to change the address with the local carrier. We’ve noted this issue and will work to optimize our delivery partner coordination to avoid similar inconveniences for you and other customers in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support. If you have any needs for future purchases, please feel free to reach out.
