My experience with WFG has been a very positive and rewarding one. What makes my experience great is the combination of personal growth, leadership development, mentorship, and the opportunity to help people become more intentional about their financial future. From the beginning, I have been surrounded by people who encourage me to think bigger, improve myself, and continue developing my knowledge and skills. I was Pharmacist and business owner with 15 years of corporate experience used to working 12 to 13 hours a day 60 to 70 hours a week for well over a decade. I worked as a leader and supervisor for Fortune 100 companies. I was pretty successful but I was drifting financially. I had no freedom and control of my time. I was burnt out and felt trapped. I didn’t have much hope for breaking free from the grind. It wasn’t until I was introduced to this company and platform that things changed for me. I have never worked with a more positive, supportive, ethical, engaging, and driven group of leaders and professionals as I have seen and witnessed in WFG. I believe Everything rises and falls on leadership and this company has world class leadership and mentorship. I started with them just to educate myself. I wanted to understand my own finances and options, I had to better secure my family’s future. They helped me do that. They gave me clarity guidance and direction and empowered me. I worked with my advisor one on one to develop a plan that I understood and that worked for me and my family. They gave me access and resources that I had never had with any other company I had worked with. They inspired me to do more for myself and for those around me. Now I get to pay it forward and provide the same opportunity to countless other individuals and families. Thanks to WFG I was able to retire from my career as a Pharmacist and do what I’ve always dreamed of.

I have been part of World Financial Group for several years, and what I value most is the opportunity it has given me to build a real business while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. WFG has exposed me to financial concepts, products, companies, mentors, and business-building principles that I simply would not have encountered otherwise. I have grown tremendously, not only as a financial professional, but as a leader, business owner, husband, father, and person. One of the things I appreciate most is the emphasis on financial education. So many families work hard their entire lives without ever being taught some of the basic principles that can help them protect what they have built, reduce debt, prepare for retirement, and leave a legacy. Being able to sit across from ordinary families and help them understand their options is incredibly rewarding. I also appreciate the entrepreneurial nature of WFG. This is not a traditional job where someone hands you a salary and tells you exactly what to do. You have to learn, work, grow, develop relationships, serve people well, and build something. That will not appeal to everyone, but for someone who wants the opportunity to create a business and is willing to put in the work, the platform can be extraordinary. Like any large organization, individual experiences can vary depending on the people you work with and the leadership around you. I have been fortunate to be surrounded by people who genuinely care about helping others succeed and who continually challenge me to become better. For me, WFG has become much more than a place to earn an income. It has given me a vehicle to educate families, develop leaders, build something with my wife and family, and pursue work that I believe matters.

Through WFG, our family has become completely debt free - something we never thought was possible or feasible for my wife and I. Additionally, we were helped with two life insurance policies which we still own to this day, 14 years later. Our agent meets with us annually and now we are planning for retirement with him. Having worked with our WFG agent has been a huge blessing to our family because prior to meeting our agent, we were lost and unprepared when it came to our finances.
