Agent support and E&O updates are terrible opening cases to get matters resolved can sometimes take up to a month without resolution just beyond unacceptable agent support.

I love this company, I owe it everything that I am and will become. I’ve made dozens of friends for life, I’ve completely changed my perspective on life, my communication, my faith in myself and God. People don’t understand, this isn’t just a business to make money, and if that’s your mindset you may get disappointed because it’s not always easy, but for the right person who’s willing to grow through pain and learn from it, and wants to truly make a difference, there is NO better opportunity and I will die on that hill. It does all come down to your mentorship and environment though which differs from office to office, I’m just blessed to be with the best of em! God bless

WFG has empowered my family to achieve great things. I was able to financially support my mother until she passed away at the beginning of 2026, January 3. For her last 3 years, she was taken care of, because I had freedom of time, financial security that was provided by becoming an SMD in this company.

I have been with WFG/TFA for over 15 years, and I stay because it's family. We have a very simple system, not always easy, but very simple. The personal development and leadership are top-notch.

The opportunity provided by WFG as well as the legitimate system on which they have built the foundations for people to run their Financial Services businesses is remarkable! It's a system-run business and also teaches us to be compliant so as to do good and right by our clients.
