World CopperSmithReviews of worldcoppersmith.com

We lost our house in the 2018 Carr Fire (Redding, CA - Federal Disaster). Once the rebuilding began we wanted to create beauty from the ashes of our loss. CopperSmith was instrumental in achieving that goal. Their online and on phone representatives were so helpful in assisting us to get the correct measurements and discerning what we were hoping for. The custom hood that they built for us is amazing. It arrived in a beautiful wooden crate, not cardboard, and there were no blemishes on it from shipping. The hood fit perfectly both in the space and for the insert. We are so happy with the result and highly "5 Star" recommend World CopperSmith. They are artisans and the value of what they create: priceless. Thank you for helping us get back into our home after a long three and half years.

We needed an island range hood for our kitchen, which is part of a Great Room, so we were very anxious about having something large and ugly right in the central eye-line of the room. We are thrilled that our CopperSmith range hood is actually the central artistic feature in that space, rivaling the beautiful new marble counters as eye candy. The folks we worked with were wonderfully helpful and responsive throughout the process. We are so happy with this purchase. I recommend them with absolutely no reservation.

The highlight and biggest splurge of my four-room home remodel this spring was a beautiful commercial stove and my 48-CopperSmith range hood. It is such a statement piece in my kitchen. I wanted to leave a review not only because of the quality and beauty of the product but the excellent staff that helped me from design and planning, to delivery to a couple of questions on the installation once it arrived. The crew at CopperSmith are extremely professional and timely in answering calls and questions and getting back to you with answers. Not only that, they are incredibly friendly as well. I highly refer this company that nailed the mark of excellence in every category. Thanks, CopperSmith!

I ordered a sink and range hood for my kitchen remodel and both items turned out gorgeous and are well made.

THEY DELIVER A BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT AND ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH,

The hood arrived a little later that I expected but it is beautiful and a good quality and the customer support was very helpful.

I stumbled across CopperSmith on line during my search for Copper Hoods and Sinks. I could not be happier with their performance. They have a very professionally run program. I highly recommend you contact them if you are looking for the products they offer.

We ordered a large copper sink earlier this year. There were some delays, due to shortages (not the fault of Coppersmith). When the sink did arrive, it was not ours, but someone else's. We contacted CS immediately and they worked so quickly to find our sink, arrange pickup, and get the delivery right. Communication was top-notch the entire time. The sink itself is an absolute beauty! Could not be happier with it!
