From the first time I spoke with Austin, his customer-service focus proved helpful. He listened patiently as I explored and clarified what I wanted. Admittedly, I was more than a little concerned about purchasing something of this import without seeing it in person. My anxiety was somewhat quashed after reading all the post reviews. Austin put my fears to rest with his expertise and knowledge. His follow-through skills are outstanding—he kept me apprised of the status of my copper range hood throughout the entire process. Austin made shopping a pleasure. Our copper hood is gorgeous! We, and every contractor who has come into our home, admires its beauty.
