I was fortunate enought to find CopperSmith during an internet search for a range hood and I could not be happier with my experience. From my first call with Austin I could tell I was talking to someone experienced in answering all of the concerns a novice like myself might have designing a custom range hood. His questions to me made sure that we were covering all of the intircacies of getting the hood to fit and operate properly. And the options afforded in terms of design style (shape color, size, trim , etc) we almost overwhelming. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations.

I filled in a form for samples, and instantly got an email from a real human offering a live call. When we got on the phone with Austin, he knew everything about our prior purchase from Coppersmith for our NYC apartment, our initial design idea for East Hampton, our designer's account with the company, etc. Moreover, Austin has great ideas and explained everything clearly. One of the fastest and best customer service experiences I've had in years.

Communication and Responsiveness were absolutely top notch! When I asked to see a slight change in the CAD drawing it was done immediately. One time I even received the requested change well after normal business hours. This customer service made the design process flow in an efficient and timely manner. This is the second custom hood I have bought from World Coppersmith and I have loved the results both times!

So far my experience with the sales and design, Associates has been fantastic. They were extremely helpful with all aspects of design consultation and walking me through your Internet process. Hopefully that pattern continues into the build process and shipping process.
