when ordering I was prompted to call customer service and speak to him on the weight of my order ( enough to outfit 3 Dodge Promasters ) Sorry do not remember his name But he was very helpful and even saved me money on my shipping cost the first shipment came earlier than expected which was great !!! I decided I needed another 32'' shelving unit so place that order and I guess the only complaint I would have be against FEDEX the last order from which was one 83LB. box looked as though it went through a tornado I had some damage but not enough for me to turn in a claim , was able to manage through WVE 1 , FEDEX 0 . Thanks.

Thank you so much for your feedback and your kind words. We're terribly sorry about the issues you encountered with FedEx. Please don't ever hesitate to get us involved to deal with the headache of a claim for you. All we typically need are some pictures, and we'll handle it all from there. Due to the size of the tall shelves, it may be in our customers' best interest to ship these on a pallet going forward. Thank you so much for your business and for taking the time to let us know where we can improve. It truly is helpful. We'll be emailing you shortly to welcome you to our VIP program for free shipping on all future orders more than $2,000.
