I found WVE searching online. I had questions and concerns prior to and after ordering and the customer service is excellent. They care about your purchase and want to make sure that everything goes smoothly. I love my Ranger shelving! Thank you Barbera!

I received my product in good shape. There was a delay in shipping, but that is understandable with all that is going on with covid19.

Thank you for the feedback. The manufacturer of your shelving, Ranger Design, tries to do their part in minimizing the amount of paper waste produced by their company. Instead of a full packet of instructions, they include a single cover sheet that should have a QR code to scan and a url to enter on a web browser to access a full PDF of the installation instructions. We have noticed this is easy to miss, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We'll forward your concerns to Ranger. Please don't ever hesitate to give our customer service team a call if you ever need assistance with installation, and we'd be happy to help walk you through it!
