From the start of inquiring about the products we were interested in with Work Van Equipment, I was able to make contact with one phone call and was able to speak with A Great Customer Service Representative, (apologize cannot recall her name) that was able to answer every question and provide info and assist with every step necessary thru the ordering process to complete the transaction and begin the shipping process. No hold times, no transfers, no multiple explanations of what our needs were.
