Costomer service whas on point. 5 min response times even on weekends.

Fast Shipping and great customer service. The manufacturer misrepresented the product and WVE worked with me to get it taken care. Would definitely recommend.

The product was installed and a weld broke. we reached out to the company via email and it was immediately returned. The company continued to follow up throughout the day and shipped a new part out the same day they were alerted to the issue. Best customer service I have witnessed in quite some time.

We ordered the wrong equipment. Barbara helped us get it returned and get what we needed on order. The process of dealing with Barbara was above and beyond easy. Very impressive!!!!

Professional and great service.

Ladder rack system with dual drop down for my 2020 Ford Transit Connect. I installed unit myself 3-4 hours. Works great!

She checked to make sure that I received what I needed and got it out to me

Ordered my ladder rack, Very easily on line, and the shipping was excellent and quick even with the Covid crisis. Would definitely do business again if needed!
