I have reviewed all of the orders placed and noticed that they have all shipped as requested by the manufacture; partitions, shelves, floor mats, and screens are all predestined to ship in certain ways. In order to avoid any negative or neutral feelings, we encourage any customer to call or email us if they have any questions on the charges for the products or shipping. We are saddened to read your review but completely understand the feedback received. We are saddened to hear you did not receive a plus nut tool kit. We strongly encourage all customers who experience any shortage of parts or damage to their parts ordered to contact our customer service to make them aware. Our customer service representatives do everything they can to rush parts needed to customers. They take pride in their ability to solve issues such as the one you experienced. Thank you for your feedback. It is our understanding that the vertical uprights fold down against the crossbar and stay in place when you reinsert the pin . This may not be completely flush with your crossbars, however that shouldn't affect the overall clearance because they'll still be shorter than the ladder stops bolted onto the crossbars. We'll still forward your concern on to the manufacturer for their review. We appreciate any feedback that helps our manufacturers continue to improve their products' design.

We always recommend our customers contact us if there are ANY issues with your order so we can help out and contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Not only will this help us get the exact hardware you need shipped out stat, it will also help the manufacturer find how the equipment was shipped with missing hardware and prevent that from happening in the future.
