After decoding the instructions, and basically discarding the three booklets that was sent the unit was sturdy and functions well . I would have given first starts if the instructions where not so confusing.

I was not happy with the product delivery. Items were both damaged. WV did send me another one free but it also came damaged.

Customer service was great. Everything about the purchase was great, helping me find what I wanted. Lower rating is due to the shipping company they use. Small amount of damage to property, delayed shipping, and horrible communication.

Instructions were very vague. After puting together couldn’t mount them on van. Have an appointment with dealer to see if they can connect them to the van.very aggravating

Good product. I lost a rubber pad after one week of use but the manufacturer sent me right away a replacement for free. Serious company.

I had made a order there for shelving dividers. The order came in great but the shipping was way to high.i had asked if they would give me a break because of a 5s project in my company. I even stated that I may need several of them for 17 Van's. I did not get a break on shipping at all and made 2 more orders. I had a difficult time spending 30.00 on 6 dividers and 30.00 on shipping.
