Thank you for your feedback. We're so sorry to hear your order wasn't palletized and shipped via freight. All our paperwork to the warehouse state using LTL, so there must have been some sort of miscommunication for it to ship via FedEx. We're glad you were able to straighten out the units, but we'd hate for that to be the only silver lining. We'll contact you shortly to see how we can help! We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with our service. The tracking that was sent to you on 6/30 shows your item was indeed delivered and signed for on 7/6. There do appear to be notes on your order about wanting to return the merchandise after ordering the wrong part for your vehicle, and it appears Yahel is assisting you with that matter. We'll be sure to follow up with you again today. Surely there must be some sort of miscommunication, and we'll get to the bottom of it for you!

Thank you for your feedback, Robert. We're deeply sorry for the inconvenience this ordeal has caused you and your associates. Unfortunately, Kargo Master made a rolling change to their shelving units for the Transit Connect that removed the no-drill kits very recently, but we had been informed they still had inventory of the version with the kit included. After we found out the additional piece needed to be added to the listings on our website for end users to install without drilling, we made the change immediately despite our listings stating some drilling is required. It appears your order was placed right in the midst of the change before the information could be relayed to the representative helping you. We accept full responsibility for the error and are sending you 3 of the no drill kits free of charge, just as our representative had mentioned when you called earlier.
