Barb and the engineering dept
Barb and the engineering dept. went above and beyond to assure I was getting the correct product for my needs. When I placed my order I had a few questions and sent a note while placing the order. Barb promptly got back to my note via phone call and then communicated all of the processes going forward via text. I am very pleased with the product and product support of Work Van Equipment. Very satisfying The gal on the phone was knowledgeable and helped me get the questions I needed answered, after a recent fraud order I had reservations about ordering She was great to help curb that Prices were comparative and we got the packages quickly and accurately. Highly recommend

Ranger ladder rack
We needed a ranger ladder with a butterfly system and these guys had it in stock we're willing to ship to my mechanic so that my mechanic can do the installation. Everything went really smooth and delivery came in time.

Exceptional Customer Service/Good product
Barbara Madrid is a gem. She is by far the best customer service representative I have had in a very long time. She is friendly, attentive, and communicative. She knew exactly what I was looking for and buying the partition door with her help was breeze. Barbara provided me with a quote and unlike other companies out there I knew exactly what I was getting. Thank you, Barbara and Work Van Equipment, for making this such a pleasant experience.

They are professional and help us to complete our job quick. Customer service is responsive and correct. Real delivery dates, don’t have to wait 2-3 weeks like other places in order to get your material.
