On their website it is shown as "official OEM PDF and software workshop manuals" I paid 19NZD for a workshop manual, what we received is an email with a VIDA zip folder to download. It created a virtual hard-drive on our computer and then dowloaded a weird ancient program, that is very cumbersome to use. No clear menu structure, no forward or back buttons, a real pain. What is worse, that most of the real instructions are missing. It is by far not the whole workshop manual, only a few pages out of it, uploaded to some ancient, really not user-friendly program. Asked for help, got turned away very rudely, stating, that only SOME of their workshop manuals come as PDFs. Not recommended at all, the few pages I can access through this horrible program could be downloaded elsewhere for free. If you are after proper workshop manual, where all processes with all the steps and components are exactly shown and described - DO NOT BUY into this scam.

Poor quality PDF and then lack of response from retailer. Got a better, fuller version elsewhere for the exact same fee but now I’ve had to pay twice so not happy.

Absolute flipping scam Order number 72698 May have a refund please

Could not open the files. Followed their instructions to the tee! Sent three messages to the company with copy of error report and still no communication. It's been 5 days now and the order states that this is the maximum time to download the files and then the order is closed. Paid the money. Where are the files?? Very dubious about this company.

In today, I purchased 2003 - 2017 Rolls Royce phantom service manual. they sent me two emails about the transaction.'order has been received' and 'order is now complete'. that is all. no download link.no reply to emails or massages. I lost 29.40 USD because of this scam web site. do not trust them and be careful. after several emails and massages, they replied on December 1st (two days later) with 'sorry for the inconvenience, the file you requested may damaged, so we will refund your money' but still I didn't receive the confirmation from my bank. I must check it with the bank.

I ordered manuals for my VW T6 Transporter this morning and got an email with links in to download files. All the files stop downloading at 500 Mb. I contacted the vendor and they sent me a new option for download from Microsoft Cloud Services which worked. There are several versions of the VM Manager. I managed to get verion 6 which has worked. Manuals are very techy but very helpful too. Thanks. Not a scam just a slow response!

Went for a manual, got a link to 5 4.7GB files, that fail at 524MB everytime.

I have to agree with comment before mine, they are really bad to deal with, i have applied for my money back, despite what they say, THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS I sent three even saying I will contact the credit card company, thst was 10 days ago, the soft ware for me was impossible to install, when I finally got the installation manual to open it had no information at all just a couple of lines of nonsense I have now bought the manual from a decent company and all is good, I hope never to encounter your company again, snd NO you dont answer emails, stay away from this company
