Well, i bought a 2nd hand Ford vehicle which had a unclear error code. Consequently, i was looking for a repair manual for the car, since the offer of the Ford dealership was way out of my budget. I got the manual and was swiftly able to locate the problem myself, replaced the faulty sensor and my vehicle is running as good as new. Many thanks guy´s!

It was an easy purchase and immediate delivery, as expected. The manual is comprehensive, however it is not indexed or sectioned which makes it challenging to find the information you are looking for. That said if you can figure out the key words you can search the .PDF and get the desired information. It took me a while but I found all the information I was looking for. So in summary, I needed the information to finish the task I was working on, the company delivered right away, I found what I was looking for, so it was a success and the price was good. I would use these folks again.

I ordered the incorrect manual for a petrol instead of a diesel. Contacted the guys and absolutely no problem they sent me a link to download the correct one. Super fast response I would have no issue dealing with them again

Installing the product was a bit fiddly for me and I wasn't too sure about how to use properly. The support was fantastic and even received a few more files that wasn't advertised which were great. I'm glad. I've Citroen CX and that manuals are very usefull - especially electrical schematics. Customer service is very good - i had problem with download but problem was resolved very quickly. I recommend worshopmanuals.org as good source of manuals and technical documentations. Thank You.

Works, the promoted manuals are actually available for download. However, depending on what car or OEM you choose, several GB of data are downloaded and you only have 5 attempts to download it. Then, for my package to work I had to install and configure a virtual machine in order to run the OEM software. This is nothing a novice user can do easily.

Buying the manual for my Mercedes was very easy. Unfortunatly, after downloading, I had some problems during installation and needed to contact support via email as I am based overseas. Allowing for the time difference, the support was great and after a few messages everything was working perfectly.

I had an issue with my download. I got a very quick response from their representative. As it turned out, the problem was on my end, not theirs, but they helped me fix it anyway. That alone, will make me purchase future content if needed. Thanks
