I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF by too many companies with slick sales guys and promised everything I was asking for. Was told I would be 1 in a 100 in the world to have access to selling Al calling. That I would be flooded with leads. I felt burnt and betrayed to say the least. I heard a few of the agencies that moved over to using Workrr instead and within a couple weeks getting wayyyy more value than I received in the past 8 months from the other company I was with. So instead of whining to myself and letting that bad experience destroy my vision, I gave Workrr as shot from everything I was hearing. BEST decision I have made. It's always that point where you feel like you're going to give up where the best things happen to you.

2 months in under their agency plan. 329 customers. O hours spent onboarding. I'm just gonna leave it at that.

I am the office manage at my job and I worked really close with this group in building a custom solution for our call center to automate calls and text message until leads needed to be onboarded. They were a lot more detail oriented than I expected and saw a lot of things we had no idea to think about. We came in to automate I thing and came out automating 6 things we didn't even know we could.

Jumped on board with Workrr a few weeks ago. With everything they were offering I felt like it was going to be a lot to take in. But sure enough they hold everything delivered and structured in a way where it was easy to learn. Their automated onboarding for my clients is def a game charger for sure. I couldn't ever get a prompt to work for me.. but this thing spits out a perfectly working agent in like seconds from filling out an onboarding from haha.

I have been working with the guys over at Workrr for almost 6 moths now. I have seen their product and service flourish into amazing things. I have seen their company flourish into something great. They are a rapidly growing company and it's east to see why. They always put the customer first. They always proactively reach out to make sure you don't need anything they make you fell like you actually matter. i feel like we got in pretty early and have been thankful for all of the updates they have given us along way. My team started out with 8 appointed setters and 2 closers. We originally replaced all of the appointed setters with their system and moved the top 3 closers. We originally replaced all of the appointed setters with their system and moved the top to closers. We now have grown into 0 (human) setters, and 13 closers which completely transformed our sales. It,s not even just the Al they rock at. They are smart in business, all things tech, understanding complex challenges and solving for them.

I am the director of innovation at my company and had a team under me trying to implement calling Al into our business. 6 months down the drain we didn't get too far. Filled out a form on Workrr's site got a lot of follow up. Spoke with the Al a few times, which it stumped me really good the first time. The follow up felt so natural and human-like. I decided to turn over our project for them as it was too complex for my team. They got us up and running in a few weeks. After 3 months, we haven't even needed to make adjustments. We are going to be doing a phase 2 here soon.

It's funny how most companies in this space you can never get ahold of anyone and left hanging trying to figure stuff out on your own. If the team at Workrr doesn't hear from you for a few days they reach out to you asking what they can help you with. Never met a company that actually cares about your success. I hope to learn something from them when supporting my clients.

Was able to scale my ads 12x over just a few months. Replaced my setters with the Workrr system and moved them all to closers. They say sometimes all it takes to move the need is one thing...and this was it.
