Workflow MagicReviews of workflowmagic.co

We've had a fantastic experience with Workflow Magic. The implementation process was incredibly efficient with a fast turnaround time that got us up and running quickly. Their services have genuinely streamlined our processes, saving us valuable time and making us more productive. A special mention for Mete Ucan, whose outstanding support throughout the implementation was exceptional. We would absolutely recommend Workflow Magic to anyone looking for efficient and supportive service

We partnered with Workflow Magic on a complex marketing intake and workflow transformation, and the experience exceeded expectations. From discovery through implementation, the team brought clarity, structure, and thoughtful recommendations tailored to our organization’s needs. Victoria was an outstanding partner throughout the project. She was highly knowledgeable, responsive, and collaborative, taking the time to understand our existing processes while also challenging us to think differently about how we could streamline and scale. Her guidance around monday.com forms, automations, and board structure was practical, strategic, and easy to implement. This project significantly improved visibility, efficiency, and consistency across our marketing request process. We’re incredibly grateful for the partnership and would highly recommend Workflow Magic to any team looking to modernize and optimize their workflows.

Working with Workflow Magic was a game-changer for my business. They completely systemized my client flow and inventory in a way that finally makes sense and actually works day-to-day. Everything feels more organized, efficient, and intentional — and most importantly, it’s already improving revenue. If you’re a business owner who feels overwhelmed by the backend, this is the team you need. Highly recommend.

Working with Workflow Magic was one of the best operational decisions I’ve made for my business. Their team didn’t just “optimize workflows”, they took the time to deeply understand how my business actually runs, what was working, and where things were quietly breaking down. What stood out most was the level of care. Every recommendation was thoughtful, intentional, and grounded in my real processes, not a one-size-fits-all system. They asked the right questions, listened closely, and improved things in a way that felt supportive rather than disruptive. The result is a business that runs more smoothly, more efficiently, and with far less friction. I feel clearer, more supported, and far more confident in my systems. If you want someone who will treat your business with the same care you do, Workflow Magic truly lives up to its name.

We love working with Workflow Magic! They setup custom boards for our business that streamline and automate hiring, CRM, and lead processes. We had ideas about how they would work in a magic world, synching with all of our other technologies to seamlessly integrate and they made them a reality. The team was very knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with. There are still simple things we can do in Monday ourselves internally, but Workflow was instrumental and remains a valued partner for our custom sophisticated builds.

Zein did a fantastic job! He is well adverse in Monday.com and can answer 99% of your questions. Zein always found a way to find a solution to our problem! He explains Monday.com in depth and is super helpful all across the platform. I would recommend Zein to anyone! We are so grateful that he helped us create almost 5 workspaces!

Our organization worked with Alex to build a new portfolio and to create several automations for our customer awareness/engagement work. Pros: tech-forward consulting that is willing to propose some unique solutions to business questions/needs beyond surface level. Alex was kind and nice to work with, even amidst some lack of clarity from our team on what we needed or how we wanted things to look initially. Cons: Workflow Magic's offshore location/working hours limited our available time to meet, and several of the meeting calendar invites were initially sent over with incorrect times due to the time difference. There were also times we had sent over some implementation documentation that was missed or forgotten. A bit more attention to detail would've been helpful. There was also a consistent push to the Monday Academy resources for our learning and edification as opposed to helping us understand and unlock Monday.com's potential.

Aron did an amazing job setting up our Monday.com CRM to match our company’s specific needs. He customized everything along the way as we discovered what worked best for our team and industry. Monday has saved us a ton of time and keeps us incredibly organized. Aron was always quick to respond and shared clear, concise videos that made everything easy to understand. I highly recommend Aron and Workflow Magic.
