Nothing works. Every time I try to sign in, it makes me use a new sign in method and create a new password. I now have three sign in methods for the same account, and none of those methods work.

It is absolutely the worse job platform I have ever used. It is so time-consuming and just a waste of effort on the States part. It will truly discourage anyone from wanting to apply for positions if they have to use it. I can't believe it actually got an approval for implementation from anyone. It must have been a blind sign approval. The "job description" section is a joke leaving no clear sight of what you have entered or edit provision. There are so many things wrong with this Workday fiasco.

I can't imagine how many applicants companies have already lost because of this platform... it's terrible.

Worst UX ever

I'm a painter in Edinburgh. They said there are a lot of people looking for painters in Edinburgh. I believed them, signed up, and gave them my bank details. I canceled my account, but they keep withdrawing money from my account, or trying to. Don't believe them, it's definitely a scam company.

Ik heb geen keus en moet Workday gebruiken voor het indienen van m'n jaarlijkse doelen, performance reviews etc. De software is absoluut niet gebruiksvriendelijk. Het is onduidelijk hoe taken uitgevoerd moeten worden, welke gevolgen het aanklikken van sommige knoppen heeft (dien je 1 doel in, blijk je alles ingediend te hebben. Hoe dan?). Ik hoop dat ze een keer een goede designer in huis halen die hier wat aan kan doen, maar nog liever hoop ik dat het bedrijf waar ik werk overstapt naar iets anders. Workdday is zo tenenkrommend slecht.

This app never works correctly, the password reset is a joke. Most of the time it just sits there loading. I really wish my company would find something else.

Absolutely useless. Makes applying for jobs so much more painful than it needs to be. Can’t even auto fill your name and address and certainly can’t use your résumé to auto fill. Zero stars if I could.
