Not sure who Beta tested this system but it is the most cumbersome, difficult to navigate, non-user friendly system I've experienced in my 30+ years of working in Fortune 500 corporations.

Possibly the worst business application I've ever experienced. The company I work for have had this in place for a number of years and force us to utilise it to manage our teams performance and individual KPIs etc and for holiday bookings. The management part is just not intuitive at all, for instance when using it to set performance targets for the whole team, it doesn't allow you to set percentage targets at that point, you have to go back in to each individuals targets and edit them one by one to enter that detail - Its so time consuming. And the holiday booking application is laughable, I actually keep my spreadsheet with my teams holidays on as I don't trust workday - You have to go through multiple screens to be able to look at individuals details of what they've booked / have left. The number of days also shows to a number of decimal places, which makes no sense at all - I have one member of my team who I know has 1 day left of his hols allowance to book but workday says he has 0.96 and won't allow him to book it - It's farcical! I really don't understand why so many businesses are using this application or how it makes so much money to do all this advertising at F1?

Tried many times to get on to see my pay slips since stagecoach changed to this useless app,just gave up totally, just hope I never need to look at them,it was so easy when we had it on the blink system we have,I think someone got a back hander in the company

absolutely awful tool. I waste hours per week trying to understand what I'm trying to do and follow the mutiple ways to get to ever-so slightly different variants of the same process or object. It is one of the most unintuitive things I've ever used yet was brought in to replace multiple tools and place managers intot he process and remove administrators. The company is in a mess still after 2 years of having the tool and admins are required even more than ever to try and overcome the tool. The older multiple tools were actually better than Workday.

Worse program ever. This doesn’t deserve even one star

We use Workday at my job. It's atrocious. Some really basic things are impossible to find or require about 5 different menus to be clicked through first, and some just don't exist. I'm a software developer so it's not like I struggle with OTT software.

The worst cloud ever! The password or email never matches, causing a repetitive password reset. The password reset either does not go to email, or does not appear. It is horrible and make us lose our time! Please, don't use this cloud for candidates. I'm sure there are better ones.

Workday is the worst software I have ever had to use. The user experience is beyond terrible. Trying to accomplish any task takes many times longer in workday than it would take to do it manually. All of my colleagues hate it too, as the upper management keeps trying to force it down everyone's throats.
