I've caught COVID-19 twice and I'd rather catch it again than use Workday for one more single moment. Do not purchase this software. Support is awful, the web app itself looks like it was developed by someone who knows what an app is, but never used one, and all functions are incredibly difficult to use/learn (you have to pay for training credits as well). One star is way too favorable a review in my opinion as it should be 0 out of 5.

Advocate uses, hard to access, many times not working, no one to ask what should i do.

-Supervisor tools are not user friendly. -Reports showing where your entire team stands on time either don't exist or are two difficult to get to. -The recruiting workflow is a time-suck that cannot be turned off. -Completed items can often not be coded as such, causing your queue to grow and truly incomplete items to hide among completed items -My employees hate it

Worst site for job applications, I have to create 100s of accounts for all the jobs and it has the worst experience.

I have filled out applications through this platform and it is horrible. It's an example where software engineers are over thinking and not focused on the function from the user. If a company uses Workday for their application process, I will not apply. I don't have time to waste and if a company uses it, I have to question how efficient they are as well as their internal processes. Workday is a poor reflection on the company looking to hire, and this includes Walmart.

A lot of companies use a job portal run by Workday. You know the drill: on page 1 you enter your basic details, on page 2 you enter your prior experience and education, and so on until you get to a 'Review and submit' section on page 8 or so. What a waste of time it has.

Absolutely hideous workday app i left my job here in the uk where i live i was expected to work this out for myself as no one seemed to know either i reported it to my team manager and she just shrugged her shoulders i left my job after a week as it was impossible to even get my password cleared i thought i was having a breakdown to be honest. They owed me wages but i told them to keep it as it meant going through workday app to get it.. hideous hideous way to operate your daily working life. HR should of been dealing with this properly not us ordinary staff just working in retail like i was. Will haunt me this experience.

It has created problems that never existed before and couldn’t be any more user unfriendly if it tried. Our company has just fully implemented Workday as the primary HR tool, for pay, holidays etc. And as many other have said, it is not fit for purpose. The UI, work flow, in fact every element is badly designed/laid out. The holiday booking tool is utterly hopeless, possibly the worst holiday planner I have ever seen, trying to see and overview of your team, who has how many days left etc is just horrible, i have a spreadsheet that works more efficiently! The pay tool is a joke. Not sure how much time, energy and resources this is going to swallow up, but its going to cost far more to facilitate than the company thinks it will save.
