So many awful features. I have only used it to apply for jobs. * Having to create a sign-on for every single employer * Terrible CV/resume parsing so that you practically have to do the application manually * It feels as though your CV will never be read because of the way it is butchered. I have given up applying for some jobs just because they use Workday. It may be Workday's system, but it reflects badly on them.

Just dreadful, I have created this account just to express how bad this service is.

Having to create a new account for every single employer is MADNESS! The PDF parser is worse than on other similar platforms and I created my resume with LinkedIn Builder, supposedly ATS friendly, not for workday. I'm tired of having to reenter my info all over again. Get it together.

Worst HCM on the planet! I have used many ATS', CRM's HCM's, HRIS in my 20 year career, but Workday by far is the worst platform I've ever used. I've had multiple complaints from candidates and Hiring Managers alike advising their poor user experience with Workday. It's utterly incompetent. It doesn't ever work!! It should be scrapped altogether!

I absolutely despise this web app. I've applied for so many jobs that use this web app and it is so buggy. It is terrible at handling people who have under degree qualifications, using mobile data on a train makes it freeze, making me have to refresh and re-input the same data. It's incredibly inconvenient and restrictive. I wish big companies would stop using this awful app.

Worst experience I have ever had. I am a high tech user who knows how to use technology but no one can use Workday even their tech support. I am considering leaving my job of 20 years because of this adoption system wide. Epic fail!!

This app is extremely unorganized and has only added extra steps to everything we do to use it. When I heard that they were remodeling it, I had hoped that they were going to add a "lunch" button to the clocking system. Instead, they have moved all the buttons around, making things harder to find AGAIN. Supervisors are constantly having to fix time clock errors because of a slip of the hand. A single click should do it for clocking in/out, but you have to navigate through multiple pop ups and responses.

Worst "professional" app I have ever used. Not intuitive at all. No support. Have to guess and find things in some weird round a bout way. I have no idea why any business one would use it other than to infuriate you.
