I need to print a payslip for the benefits department, and it needs to be big enough to read. All I can do is screenshot on my phone, send across to pc and hit print. what i get is so small you need a strong magnifying glass to read it. Workday is not employee friendly at all.

It is impossible difficult to understand / use or comprehend how to do anything. Pop errors giving warning but no useful information on what you are doing wrong. Makes your job even more stressful.

Complete and utter crap. This software has sucked the joy of my job working at my university. The cruddiest most awful user interface and complete lack of basic intuitive design makes this the worst software I have been forced to use in 3 decades. The biggest joke is that our university staff have had to develop 3-5 page explainer information sheets for the most basic of processes. Absolutely appalling crapware.

Workday is truly awful. It seems like it wants to be a social media platform for office settings. The simplest of tasks is obtuse as can be and it's just another example of flash tech that doesn't improve anything. Really with my employer hadn't switched over to it.

If I was designing circles of hell they would be circles of going through Workday from start to finish and then all over again on repeat. Workday is hell - overly complicated processes of going through numerous pop up windows, links, task inboxes - one simple process is scattered all over the place. Developers cannot separate processes that pertain to different departments cramming everything together which makes processes even more messy and cumbersome. Data extraction is ridiculous - it takes months for Workday support people to produce reports that in the end are never perfect.

I'm so annoyed by their software and companies adopting this crap software that I have to add something negative at the very least! This company has made applying for jobs into a nightmare! I've had to create over 30 accounts for different jobs I apply to; their form-fill is sub-par; their customer service sucks. How did they even force their way into companies good books! Anyway I will be happy when the company goes bankrupt, since over the last few years they have not even noticed their ineptitude. Fix it or lose out sorry!

Workday - help center located overseas - there is no one to help you out in Australia, I am trying to get training for a week now - calling and sending emails with request - NO ONE REPLIED. is by far the worst least intuitive interface that I've had the displeasure of using. It's difficult to find anything and it's interface is like something from the 90s - not possible to create a pool and access it I would NOT recommend it
