My company uses Workday & had for a few years; it’s a catastrophically frustrating system to use, terrible UX & functionality, nothing is where you’d expect, the pages don’t behave in a consistent manor, neither does the search or much else. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs.

Can never log in, sends login code 12 hours later and customer support does not exist!

I had many very frustrating experiences using Workday as a job applicant. Every time I applied for a new job, my account was locked and I had to change my password, which happened so frequently that I lost count. As a result, I highly recommend that businesses avoid using Workday for their hiring needs. It's simply not worth the trouble for the applicants. Overall, I hope that Workday will take steps to improve their system and make the application process more user-friendly for job seekers in the future.

Can I score lower than one star? Literally the WORST recruitment tool in the universe! I think it works actually be easier using semaphore to apply for a job than using the trash that is Workday! What is the point of it's existence???

I am a Towne Park employee forced to use the atrocious Workday app.The app has out-of-date calendars, has a time-off request dysfunction ( requesting days-off selections without categorizing the type ) and a training module of unintuitive and inflexible navigation. Unlike true design which _solves_ problems, Workday faux design creates problems of time lost and task-avoidance. The feeble design clearly is the reason for the app not having a function to accept feedback, Workweek could pay people enough to muck through the torrent of negative feedback.

The company is useless to provide assistance. Why have a chatbot if don't get an answer. Try to upload my CV for an hour. Filetype pdf with 90kb

If I could give it a Zero "0" Stars I would...not intuitive at all, overbearing, navigation is more complex than a white paper on Quantum Physics and designed specifically for the long winded self absorbed brain sucking corporate word salad do nothings that designed it. NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION!! HR Professionals love it!! Enough said...

When I file a complaint with the Federal Labor department for not getting paid on time or correctly wonder if workday app will be held accountable also. This app is a cheap way for corporations to handle pay roll which is the least of any companies concern. Lucky for hourly US citizen employees there are federal labor laws to protect us. Not including shift differentials into over time or holiday pay is against federal law. Workday permits company's to pay this way. Participating in an illegal act is a crime. Workday would be sued out of existence if more people read federal labor laws. They count on employees ignorance on the subject. Pay day is tomorrow not holding my breath I switched bank accounts which was told will take a month to get a pay deposit again ....I truly hope a class action law suit shuts down workday corporation. Old fashioned time clock is more accurate doesn't screw up phone or use a ton of data.
