Worst software for job applications. Holy crap it sucks.

Workday is the worst experience for a job applicant. It will offer to auto-fill your information from a resume, but fails to do so every time. After an hour of filling in all application manually, the site has a time out and sends error messages that do not specify the error, and therefore are completely useless. Drop-down menus don't work. I will definitely avoid applying to companies that use workday.

If I could offer a piece of advice on how to improve workday, it would be to delete everything, and start again.

Complete lack of customer service. They are impossible to contact which is typical of tech these days. The company I worked for used this site and it was impossible to log in. My W-2 is locked away on this site with no way for me to access it. Since so much was deducted from my last pay check I needed to review the W-2 to make sure of the accuracy of my final check. But with no way for me to access the WorkDay site, I can’t do that. Useless company, don’t bother wasting your time or money.

The worst software for job applications. Zero care for candidates. It's ridiculous that candidates cannot use a single profile across multiple job applications. Workday is costing us billions of dollars in lost productivity by making it so difficult to apply for jobs. Do you guys even have a product team? Have you ever spoken to a candidate? Its no surprise that the fortune 500 is disrupted every 20 years, top talent doesn't want to manually fill in their work history to get jobs at companies that use workday.

The worst system and not user friendly. Surely companies should have figured out that this system is exhausting for candidates. Having gone through redundancy and now well used to using ATS friendly CV / resumes, the auto fill function leaves gaps and pulls in the wrong info.

Crappy software. Belongs to Middle Ages.
