The worst job application portal imaginable. I've used it as both an applicant and an employer seeking talent. It filters out so many relevant applications and let's through terrible ones.

As an employee that employer uses Workday, what a mess I got a zero check this pay period and had 80 hours. Our paystubs are so hard to read. You can’t tell who’s getting screwed. I’m almost positive. It’s not Oregon state or workday . I am all about doing what help upper management ,But this is ridiculous this is been going on since January 2023 ,,, when can you call were there pay day? Should be there People have the right to be paid in a timely matter and be able to read their paystubs maybe they need to be sued,

Worst application software ever! As an applicant EVERY TIME I see a company is using workday, I immediately say "f*** this" - here are the 2 main reasons; 1. They make you create an account every f**** single time you want to apply to for a company. (can't you just remember my credentials? and don't make me waste so much time?) 2. They make you fill up your work experience, geographical data, and studies experience, EVERY TIME - seriously what the hell - finding a job is stressful enough do you think my time is unlimited?

terrible system. You upload ur cv and clicked auto filled. They never get it right. And what is the point

Horrendous piece of garbage. Your software architect and the team sucks. Do you eve think about how a "human" would use your *** garbage system? 1. Resume parsing sucks 2. State management sucks (Loses the whole form data because your stupid form validation is throwing in random errors without providing any helpful pointers) 3. Error message isn't helpful 4. Multiple accounts for every single company?

It doesn’t deserve a 1 since my job started using WorkDay my paychecks has been terrible every thing is off by a few dollars and cents. The paystub is awful and the program is the worst. My life has been a living hell since WorkDay
