this is the worst onboarding software ever created, even taleo was better, unfortunately all the citys and police depts in the country use it, i cannot even login, despite making an account its just broken. when i run into a business using workday i just pass it up, im not spending 5 hrs debugging your job application process.

Very janky, can't keep track of accounts, immediate rejections, best to avoid all job applications from here

Absolute garbage software and this is coming from a decades experienced software architect. The way it parses your resume is as if a toddler is doing it. Just epic trash.

this software sucks so bad for anyone applying for a job. on some occasions if i saw a company using workday, i didn’t apply at all. if this review prevents even one company from implementing workday i will be happy

Workday is literally the most sinful thing on earth. It is trash software that wastes everyone's time and the government should break up or outlaw this awful company and service. Whoever thought anyone would want to make an account to apply to a job is beyond brain dead.

Terrible - user unfriendly- takes 2months to get one HR step instead of an email! Please get us back human being and normal HR

Workday job application experience is extremely bad. you need to create a new account for each and every company, thus making it extremely difficult to manage passwords even with a pw manager. why can't they have a single guest account usable across workday instances. So frustrating!

Awful user experience and autofilling process. I spent almost an hour completing a job application and had to do a lot of editing. When I finished I noticed it deleted 4 of my other experiences and only the one I was editing was saved. Absolutely frustrating! The user interface and experience needs to improve as it makes the job application experience even worse than the market.
