WorkdayReviews of workday.com

This is one of the worst websites known to humankind. I literally backed out of some applications because I couldn't bare to input my info for the 100th time in their platform. Surely there must be a way to sync your profile with different applications. It is also a horrible translator of documents if you opt for uploading the resume. It's just so unbearable to be directed to workday after clicking - apply - button. I don't understand why companies sign a contact with them for application process.

Never works, locks up constantly. Poorly written software. This company should be charged under federal racketeering charges, they sell a product that is non-functioning. How any company is foolish enough to use these services is beyond me, cheep just gets you cheep crap like this companyn provides.

Absolutely terrible UX, why should I create a new account, fill in my whole resume manually (even after uploading it) and do this for EVERY company I apply too? Why can't I have one account and just reuse my data? Frankly I no longer apply for jobs there - any company that uses them shows they are old school and don't give a shot about their employees (who them have to use it at work). AVOID

Why? Almost 2024, and we are pushed to use this 80's style failure of an app. This is the worst app I ever used, poorly made, non-functional, bad interface, incomprehensible .. Did someone make this as his first website as an intern? Literally nothing is good about this.. Just ridiculous.

Workday is as good as the movie "The Green Mile". In the end, they always both make me cry.

Workday's software is the worst : wether it's to submit expenses, to manage your team performance, or find information, nothing is intuitive, nothings works smoothly, the interface is bad, the UX is the worst I have ever seen in a product (and as a PM I benchmark hundreds of product per year). I don't know what they have in mind, but definitely not the user.

If a job posting takes me to Workday I simply don't apply to that position. That's how bad the platform is.

If I could put less than a start I would
