WorkdayReviews of workday.com

Absolutely useless company, and they say AI is coming after us hahaha. You upload your CV for it to parse, and the result is completely wrong haha. Sadly, a lot of companies use this site for job applications, maybe because they are lazy? You’d also think you could create a candidate profile so that every time you apply for a job, it could pull your experience/background from that. Well, apparently not. Instead, you have to go through the same tedious process again for every company using Workday. So what exactly is the point of this company? I wonder... I will now boycott any job application that uses Workday, I really don't care..

The application process on Workday is frustrating and, frankly, useless. Every time I try to apply, it forces me to create a new account even when I already have one and keeps flagging my email or password as wrong when I know they're correct. On top of that, my CV never passes as-is; I constantly have to tweak and resubmit it just to get through the system. The whole process is unnecessarily long for a simple job application, and after all that effort, I still end up being rejected. It feels like a broken system that wastes applicants' time rather than actually helping them find work.

DOGSHIT website, 0 utility, can't believe its adopted by many companies

One should be able to see *all* questions in an application form without needing to complete them. Obviously, one needs time to prepare answers to each question. It would be crazy to just input them in the text-box as a stream of consciousness.

Applying via Workdays is always a mission. The platform is drastically worse than any other comparable tool.

UTTER CRAP - nonsense portal - have to fill it EVERYTIME - incredibly FRUSTATING PIECE OF CRAP!

Trying to do something simple like make an HSA Contribution is a nightmare. We used to use Paycom where I work and we switched to Workday and it makes things difficult- you have to submit 2 requests to make a single contribution because Workday doesn't allow you to request a one time contribution like Paycom did. Now I have medical bills due and I have to wait for my next paycheck for a Contribution to clear that I've been trying to get for a month

Soulless platform perfectly suited to heartless corporations
