Every single time an employer uses Workday, I know I will not be able to submit my application. Without fail, almost a dozen roles and multiple attempts at every one, I get partway through the application and Workday simply.... halts. Something breaks. It is not my internet or computer. I successfully enter applications through a multitude of other websites. This one is just broken beyond use.

Extremely poor functionality for job applicants. My degree major is not listed in Workday's system, and I am forced to enter incorrect information that does not match my resume in order to proceed with the application. There is not even an "Other" option to select. Meanwhile, there are a number of extremely irrelevant and esoteric options. My major is not that unusual, so it is even more frustrating to see those at the same time. Given the use of AI screening tools in the ATS, this is likely flagging my applications for rejection. This isn't a huge development scope- it could be solved with a backend table update.

I find the user experience of this job application platform to be absolutely horrendous. The interface is not intuitive and demands three or four times more time to apply for a job than any other platform I've encountered. It is so bad that I often skip applying for jobs when I see it takes me to this platform. Workday, in particular, is truly the most terrible interface for an applicant.

This is a terrible company they are not inclusive of anyone at all. They force trans people to use their dead names which makes them not want to work at all.

Even though on my cv there is all information about my all my previous jobs. I still have to write it all out. Waste of time useless and trashy website designed for idiots and just to annoy. I live in Ireland and 3/4 of the work places uses this trash

Workday is the most terrible, NON-user friendly platform that ever existed, even dinosaurs would never use it. Customers of Workday, I officially do not want to apply for any vacancies if you use Workday.

Ich habe noch nie so viel Lebenszeit wie auf den Workday-Bewerberplattformen verloren. Bewerbende müssen sich mit etlichen Bugs rumschlagen. So ist es nicht nur unfassbar zeitraubend, dass man jede einzelne Erfahrung manuell eingeben muss (die automatische Version ist so unfähig, dass man diese Option direkt vergessen kann). Darüber hinaus wird der Text beim Schreiben immer wieder gelöscht (?!). Nur um dann am Ende des stundenlangen Ausfüllens auf einen unüberwindbaren Bug zu stoßen, der behauptet, man hätte irgendein File nicht hochgeladen (das nicht näher beschrieben wird). Spätestens da muss die Bewerbung abgebrochen werden und alles war umsonst. Das ist mir nun schon etliche Male passiert und es war IMMER NUR Workday, das mit seinen „genialen“ Technologien dahintersteckte. Total peinlich, sich mit so einem Produkt auch nur irgendwo sehen lassen zu wollen.
