Unfortunately the experience has been quite frustrating. I consistently encounter issues whether I’m using the web browser or the app, there are constant glitches. On top of that the excessive number of reminders is overwhelming. It doesn’t feel fully optimised, yet it’s overly intrusive at times.

HR teams - avoid Workday if you care about your employer brand experience. I avoid companies that use Workday. Forcing people to register for a new account for every application is appalling.

I wonder how many job applications get abandoned because Workdays sign up password handling is so blood boilingly frustrating. Make it work with standard browser password managers. This is the most basic of expectations. If you can't manage that then don't insist on ridiculous outdated protocols that have been proven to not increase security.

Searching for a job is already stressful. Workday just adds to the vibe. For every company you apply to, you need to create a new account — and of course, Google won’t save the login properly. Then you can sign in with LinkedIn, hoping it fills in some of your info. After that, it’s back to typing in all the same details you’ve already written in a dozen other applications. Again, and again, and again...

Horrible at reading uploaded resumes, and inputs information in all the wrong places. The modification buttons are unintuitive and consistently cause unexpected behavior. Not to mention having to create a new account for every single application, even though my password manager detects it as the same site each time. What is the point of constantly creating new logins and accounts? Especially given that each time, you have to individuall search and upload your skills, of which there are so many under slightly different formats and names. This system wants to convince me that the designers' sole intention was to piss of candidates.

Incredibly counterintuitive and difficult to effectuate even simple tasks. Can’t imagine a platform/interface that is less user friendly.

What a joke! We decided to switch our registration/student records from Colleague to Workday and it is the most clunky, too-many-steps-to-do-one-thing system I have ever worked with in higher education. So disappointed - to say the least.
