Still can't get the information you need even though after you made a few blind turns. Make much longer time just for searching the functions. One star is too much.

Workday is not a secure system. A new hire had access to another team members profile. - they have the same name. All of the other team members personal information was accessible. A complete breech of confidentiality. Another team member's name was suddenly switched to Dunkin Donuts. Leading me to question who gained access and changed the person's name to an American company. Never mind the extra work and time WorkDay takes.. I am more concerned with the lack of security to private and personal information.

Not intuitive, confusing to use. A bane of my work experience. Our old timekeeping software was straightforward. Workday is an abomination.

Trash. Absolute garbage.

This company is always a pain to work with when it comes to applying for jobs, I am unable to apply for some jobs due to password issues, always forcing me to reset my password. I have also filed a BBB complaint against this company for not providing a customer support line.

I dont know how their AI scans the applications. The resumes get rejected by system even though it 100% perfectly matches the requirement. Why are you guys playing with people's careers? Its high time companies move away from Workday.
