Worst HR portal i have experienced in any job. Incredibly hard to find anything, or track the progress of previous actions. I have been trying to edit my payroll information for four months now!

I've been filling in yet another Workday application that doesn't work properly.

Just absolutely worst service for vacancy apply. Not a single time my CV been correctly taken into the form, and there is a need for some reason to type same data again. And you need to register for each and every one of companies, instead of just to have a profile and apply automatically. Honestly, sometimes i don't even apply and close form if i see that website taking me to myworkday, since it will be another 10 mins wasted. No idea why this useless thing is in use by anybody

Constantly missing out on jobs cause they use this utterly useless tool that cannot even recognise you straight after sign up

My employer recently switched to this company for time keeping and payroll. You change things for the better right, not!! Their software/user face needs a major face lift. Too much going on and not employee focused.

Requesting a day off takes six menus and a prayer. Applying for jobs means uploading your resume, then retyping all of it by hand, then making a new account for every single company. I have more Workday passwords than friends. It's slow, it logs you out mid-form, and nothing is where you'd expect it.

The worst application platform for candidates. I honestly refuse to apply for a job the second I see it’s on Workday. Why are so many major companies still using such an outdated, frustrating system that makes candidates manually enter all their information and waste so much time on applications? I’ve already uploaded my CV, why do I then have to type out my entire work history again? It’s 2026. This process should be fast and seamless, not a tedious form-filling exercise.

Unusable as a job applicant. Not being able to autofill from a resume in the era or LLMs is unacceptable. But the worst thing is that when manually entering the experience, the page scrolls down for every single character I type! It even complains that my name and surname are all capitalised instead of correcting it! Who would pay for a software like this???
