WorkdayReviews of workday.com

I wish there was a lower score. I actively decline from applying when I see their logo pop up. I'd rather walk on glass than fill out this form 1 more time.

If I could award no stars that would be more representative of my absolute hatred for this system. As a zero hour employee I have to use use this system to log my working hours in real time; this is OK as long as it's not on a Saturday morning when the system is down for scheduled works. I can't amend hours worked or comments made so I have to login on a non working day to record my working hours. This system was bought in to replace another, Cascade, which in hind sight was a superb system. Why is there no 'Forgot your password' feature? I use biometrics to login to the app & every few months I have to update my password which I don't use.

Never works. Absolute garbage software. Boomer incompetent CEO's make everyone suffer using Workday.

To be honest, this is the worst hiring tool I have ever seen in my entire professional life. I find it so bad that I simply don't proceed with the application when I see the Workday logo. On top of that I can add, that the response rate from companies using this tool is approaching zero.

While applying for a job today, workday forced my to provide my date of birth. This is unlawful under The Equality Act of 2010. Will workday ensure that you comply with the UK regulation before you get another lawsuit?

The most annoying and and illogical platform I've ever used
