Had a security breach and they denied it as not a issue
I got a random email saying that someone did the forgot my password and forgot my username. Without me doing it and when I called workday about it they denied it as not a issue.

Their Paradox "AI" is ridiculously inefficient, taking days to book an appointment when a 5-minute phone call with an actual person would do the trick. I do think that AI can be of great help in certain cases but clearly not here. These software are bought by directors who are not the ones using them, so there's no wonder why they are terrible. Workday contributes to making the workplace a nightmare.

Terrible for a person to apply to a job. Most companies think they are the best employer, but the reality is that people need money to live. So we apply to jobs to better our situation. WHY can I not create a job applicant account and do the intake process ONCE and then when i want to apply, you log me into the central system that can duplicate my data. Otherwise I have to go through without out a doubt the WORST auto fill process with my resume that it neglects to enter in anything but maybe my name if i'm lucky. Why WOULD YOU BUY THIS SOFTWARE and then use it's horribleness to intake resumes.

This thing is the most stupid and useless platform ever created, that's wild to create something shity like this and still being able to perform on the market

I've applied for a few jobs for different companies, that took me to the Workday log in page. I found the drop down options inadequate and unable to log back into the account to check the status of my applications due to technical errors on the page. Furthermore, the jobs I applied for, advertised by third parties, don't appear to be listed with the vacancies on the company webpages, making me wonder if the job was even open for applications at the time I submitted my application. This experience has been repeated on a daily basis over the past month, and jobs I can't even view my applications on the day I have submitted them, due to being unable to log back into the Workday portal.

Job application process is not fit for purpose, it doesn't populate fully from your CV and if you're contract with 20 previous roles you would need to spend 4 hours re-writing pretty much every role. Embarrisingly appalling, how companies buy and use it I have no idea . . .

This is honestly ridiculous. Applying for a job should be straightforward, but this form turns it into an unnecessary headache. If my major isn’t in your dropdown, why am I forced to pick something random just to move forward? That makes zero sense and just messes up the information. Why can’t there be a simple text box where people can type their actual major? That would be faster, easier, and common sense. Instead, this setup just wastes time and adds frustration to something that should be simple. also i have done 100 of application through this platform it has the option of use my last application still i have to create a new account like why is that even there

Very bad user experience of the portal. The manager can view all the personal details that works under them.
