My daughter submitted a file, asking for a specific editor (whom she had worked with for months), but Wordvice had a different editor work on it without asking us if we would be okay with the change. The QUALITY of editing was DISAPPOINTING, and seems RUSHED (we gave them 24 hrs, but they returned the file in less than 12 hours) with not the types of feedbacks/comments we had gotten from the other editor we asked for.

Dear Alyson, We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience with Wordvice. Please note that although you requested a specific editor for your document, this editor was unavailable at that time, and we did allocate your work to another highly competent editor. For express orders (especially during peak admissions essay season), editors are usually busy editing several orders in one day. Therefore, it is not unusual for an editor to finish one order or another well before the time it is due (in most cases, clients do prefer to have their express orders completed earlier rather than later). Upon assessing your edited document, we did not identify any deficiencies in editing amount or quality. However, if you feel the editing was substandard in any way, please contact us directly if you feel there are any specific problems or errors in your edited work, and we will gladly assess the editing again and re-edit if needed.
